Speakers

• Short Biographies/Photos : By Friday 3 September 2010
• Talk Abstracts : By Friday 3 September 2010
• Conference Hotel Arrival/Departure Dates : By Friday 17 September 2010

Bursaries

• Submissions/Requests : By Friday 30April 2010
• Approvals : By Friday 14 May 2010

If you have not heard back by then unfortunately your Bursary will not have been awarded.

Posters

• Poster Submissions (to be included in the Abstract book): Friday 3 September 2010

On-site posters will be accepted andeveryeffort will be made to circulate late-breaking abstracts.  Late poster abstracts will be included in the final abstract book tobemade available online around one month after the conference.

Oral Platform Proposals

The conference will include rapid-fire, 10 minute oral platform presentations of 8 powerpoint slides each.

• Acceptances : By Friday 16 July 2010
