Welcome to the World Congress of Neurotechnology

Neurotechnology stands on the threshold of science, pushing back boundaries and advancing our utilization of knowledge in neuroscience.

It consists of many fields, from those that use technology to study the brain through to those that treat neurological disorders with technological solutions.

The World Congress of Neurotechnology (WCNeuroTech) aims to bring together researchers, clinicians and industry – both manufacturers and investors – to allow sharing of knowledge and cross-fertilization of ideas for the betterment of all involved.

The WCNeuroTech is a new initiative – you can help shape it, and its future by applying to join the International Scientific Advisory Committee and/or by joining other experts in running a section of the WCNT Blog.

You can also send in your abstracts for posters, oral platforms or sessions at the conference.  The programme is now in its final stages of completion, however there is still a little room left for further talks/workshops or sessions.

We very much hope that you will be able to join us and all the other initiators of this project in person during the conference, however if you are not able to make it, please consider our Webinar service that will be available to allow people to watch selected sessions over the internet.  More details on this service will follow shortly.

The inaugural WCNeuroTech Congress will be taking place 11 – 14 October 2010 at the Montecitorio Congress Centre in Rome, Italy.
